3D Interior Visualisation

Interior visualisation lets you see a space before it exists and make confident decisions without costly surprises.

Renders That Sell Before the Building Exists

Interior visualisation shows a room that can’t be photographed yet. An apartment under construction, a house still on paper or a unit with bare walls looks exactly as it will once furnished: with furniture, materials and light at the time of day you choose.

We create them for developers selling apartments before completion, for interior designers presenting a concept to clients, and for furniture and homeware brands that need lifestyle images instead of a photo shoot. We build every 3D interior render step by step: the room model, the materials, then the framing and light.

Sometimes the space already exists but isn’t finished. A render shows how it will look once furnished and helps you choose furniture, wall colours and flooring before anything is bought.

Which Interiors Do We Visualise?

We work from floor plans, interior designs and mood boards. We model the room with the actual furniture, tiles and lighting, so the render shows what will really be there, not random props.

Offices and commercial spaces

3D render of an open-plan office with green acoustic panels at the desks

Open-plan offices, meeting rooms, receptions, shops and restaurants. We show the space to tenants and investors, and for office furniture manufacturers such as Massoni we create catalogue room sets.

Hotels and holiday lets

3D render of a hotel suite with a bedroom and timber slats

Hotel rooms, suites and lobbies. A great room shot becomes the face of the property on its website and on booking platforms, before the fit-out is even finished.

3D floor plans

3D floor plan of a furnished apartment seen from above

The apartment seen from above, with furniture and flooring. A 3D floor plan is easier to read than a technical drawing, which is why developers put them on unit sheets. We made rotating versions for the Aleje Kwitnącej Wiśni.

Who We Create Interior Renders For

Property developers

Interiors of apartments and houses for sale: sample fit-outs, several finish styles, 3D floor plans and virtual tours of apartments that don’t exist yet.

Interior designers

Your design in photorealistic form, to show your client and for your portfolio. We work from the plans, material schedules and mood boards you send us.

Furniture and homeware brands

Room sets with your products instead of a photo shoot: furniture, tiles, lighting, doors and wardrobes. More on our product rendering.

Homeowners

Before a renovation or fitting out a new-build, it pays to see the result. A render shows whether the colours, furniture and lighting work together before you spend the money.

★★★★★

“We have been working with Piotr and the LightVision team since 2019 on our residential developments in Adelaide. For every new project they prepare exterior renders, kitchen visualisations and colour floor plans, working straight from our CAD drawings. They ask the right questions, turn changes around quickly and the quality is consistently excellent. The time difference has never been a problem. We come back to LightVision with every new development.”

“I worked with Lightvision when we were launching sales of Unno timber-frame houses. At that point we didn’t have a single physical house to show. We ordered exterior renders of every design and 3D animations of the exteriors and interiors. (…) They are still selling.”

Everything You Want to Know About Interior Visualisation Before You Get in Touch

How much does an interior render cost?

A single interior render starts at €350 and a package of five views at €1,450 (excl. VAT). The price depends on the size of the room, the amount of furniture to model and the number of views. Quotes are free, and prices for our other services are in our 3D visualisation price list.

What do you need from me to render an interior?

Whatever you have: a dimensioned plan, an interior design, a mood board, inspiration photos or a written description. If you know which furniture, tiles or lights should be in the room, send links or product sheets. You don’t need a finished technical design.

What is the difference between interior visualisation and interior design?

An interior designer prepares the design: layout, services, materials and schedules. A visualisation shows how it will all look. We can visualise a finished design or help put a scheme together if there isn’t one.

Can you show specific furniture, tiles and lights?

Yes. We model them from photos, dimensions and product sheets, or use the manufacturer’s models. For brands we create whole series of room sets with their products, for example tiles for Waxman Ceramics and sliding wardrobes for Bimak.

How long does an interior render take?

A single render usually takes a few working days. For a whole apartment or a series of interiors for a developer we agree the deadline when we quote. We show the first draft early so revisions don’t push the deadline back.

Are revisions included?

Yes, two rounds of revisions are included. We show you a draft first and make your changes, and only then prepare the final files. Our rule is 100% satisfaction or you don’t pay.

Do you also create 3D floor plans and virtual tours?

Yes. A 3D floor plan shows the layout of the whole apartment from above and works well on unit sheets. Virtual tours let clients walk through the space themselves before it is finished. We produced the full set for the show homes in Nowy Walendów.

In what format will I receive the renders?

As high-resolution JPG or PNG files, ready for print, your website, social media and catalogues. Everything is delivered electronically.
