Everything You Want to Know About 3D Virtual Tours Before You Get in Touch
How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?
A tour starts at €400 per room when we are also producing renders of those interiors, or €600 per room from scratch. The final price depends on the number of rooms and the features, such as finish options or day and night mode. A tour of a whole development, outside and from the air, is quoted individually. Quotes are free and with no obligation.
How is a 3D virtual tour different from a 360° photo tour?
A 360° photo tour shows a property that already exists and needs a photo shoot on site. Our tour is created from 3D renders, so it can show an apartment or house that doesn’t exist yet, in any finish specification, with options and at different times of day.
Do you make 360° tours of existing properties?
We don’t do panoramic photo shoots of finished properties. Our tours are created from 3D renders, so they work best for developments under construction, homes sold before fit-out, showrooms and interiors still being designed.
What do you need from me to create a tour?
Floor plans and sections of the building, and for the interiors a design or a description of the finish specification. Ideally in DWG or PDF, but we also work from early designs, sketches and inspiration photos. When we quote, we tell you exactly what we need.
Can you create a tour of a development that hasn’t been built yet?
Yes, that is the most common case. The tour is created from the design, so you can start sales and marketing long before construction ends.
In what form do I receive the tour?
As an interactive tour in the browser, which you share via a link or we embed on your website, in unit sheets or in an interactive 3D masterplan. It works on desktop, tablet and phone without installing an app.
How long does a 3D tour take?
It depends on the number of rooms and whether we already have a model from the renders. We set the deadline in our proposal and confirm it before work starts.
Can the finishes and time of day be changed in the tour?
Yes. We can add switchable finish options, such as flooring, kitchen fronts and tiles, a day and night mode, and hotspots with information about each room.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Before publishing we show you a version for approval and make your changes.
