3D Rendering Prices
Our 3D rendering price list covers every service, from interior and building renders through product packshots and 3D modelling to animation, virtual tours and configurators. These are starting prices for simple projects, in euros. We give you an exact price in a free quote, usually within 24 hours.
Prices exclude VAT and apply to simple projects. Every service includes two rounds of revisions.

How much does an interior render cost?
We create interior renders from floor plans and the design, in daylight or evening light. They show the layout, materials and lighting before the space exists. The same prices apply to kitchen renders and bathroom renders.

How much does architectural visualisation cost?
First we build the model of the building from the drawings, then the surroundings: landscaping, roads, neighbouring buildings and people. Every additional view of the same building costs less, because the model already exists.
- Detached house: from €450 excl. VAT for the first view, from €250 for each additional view
- Development, hotel, industrial building: from €750 excl. VAT for the first view, from €350 for each additional view
So two views cost from €700 for a house and from €1,100 for a development (excl. VAT). A package of three views costs from €950 for a house and from €1,450 for a development. More about the service on our page about architectural visualisation.

How Much Do Product and Furniture Renders Cost?
We create packshots and lifestyle images from a 3D model of the product. We build the model once, from technical drawings, photos or a sample, and then produce any number of views and colour variants from it.

- Lifestyle image in an interior: from €290 excl. VAT per image

How much does 3D modelling cost?
We build 3D models in 3ds Max from technical drawings, photos or a product sample. We prepare them for rendering, online shops, 3D configurators and apps built on engines such as Unity. We deliver them in common formats, including .max, .fbx, .obj, .glb and .dwg.
- One 3D model: from €120 excl. VAT
- 5 or more similar models: from €70 excl. VAT each
The price depends on complexity. A simple side table is less work than a buttoned sofa or a device with lots of detail.

How much does a 3D animation cost?
Animation is priced per second of finished film. It is cheapest when we produce it together with the renders, because it uses the same model and scenes. We create fly-throughs of developments, product and furniture animations, instruction videos and social media reels.

How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?
A virtual tour is made from renders, not photos, so it can be created before the apartment or house exists. It is priced per room. When we have already rendered the interior, the tour costs less because it uses the existing scene.

How much does a 360° product spin cost?
A 360° spin lets shoppers view the product from every side. We create single-axis or full spins to embed on the product page. A 3D model is needed, so its cost is added unless we already have it.

If customers also need to choose colours and sizes, a better fit is a 3D configurator.

How much does a 3D floor plan cost?
A 3D floor plan is a plan of an apartment or house with furniture and materials, shown in perspective. It is easier to read than a technical drawing, which is why developers use it on unit sheets, as do interior designers and house design sellers.

How much does a 3D product configurator cost?
A configurator lets customers change the colours, materials and dimensions of a product and see the price straight away. The finished configuration goes to the basket or to you as an enquiry. We build and tailor every configurator to a specific product.

How much does an interactive 3D masterplan cost?
A masterplan is an interactive model of the development where buyers choose the building, floor and apartment. Unit availability can update from your CRM. The masterplan is often built from the model we already have from the renders, in which case it costs less.

How much does AI visualisation cost?
From an existing render or packshot we create lifestyle images of the product in different interiors. AI builds the setting, while the product stays from the 3D render, with exact dimensions and materials.

What Affects the Price of a 3D Render?
Four things affect the price most:
- The number of views and whether we already have the 3D model. Additional views from the same model cost less.
- The level of detail in the design and surroundings: bespoke furniture, unusual materials, extensive landscaping.
- The number of variants: colours, finishes, time of day and season.
- The intended use: large-format print needs a higher resolution than a web image.

How much does a 3D render cost?
It depends on the type of render. An interior render starts at €350 per view, a house at €450 for the first view, a development at €750, and a white-background product packshot at €85 (all excl. VAT). We give you an exact price in a free quote.
How much does a house render cost?
The first view of a house starts at €450, each additional view at €250, because the model of the building already exists. A package of three views therefore starts at €950 (excl. VAT). More on our page about house rendering.
Why is an additional view cheaper than the first one?
Most of the work goes into building the 3D model of the building or interior and setting up the materials. For additional views we already have the model, so we only set up the camera, light and the surroundings in the frame.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices in this price list exclude VAT. VAT is added to the invoice where applicable.
What is included in the price?
The render itself, two rounds of revisions and final files for web and print. If you need large-format print, mention it in your enquiry so we can allow for a higher resolution.
Is it cheaper to order several services together?
Yes. With bundles, such as renders together with an animation, a virtual tour or a masterplan, the discount reaches 35%. Animations and tours made from existing renders also cost less because they use the same model.
How much does a 3D configurator or an interactive masterplan cost?
We quote these services individually, because each one is built for a specific product or development. The price depends on the number of variants, units and integrations. Quotes are free.
