How much does an apartment render cost?
A single room render starts at €350, and a package of five views, usually the whole apartment, at €1,450 (excl. VAT). The price depends on the floor area, the number of rooms and views. Quotes are free, and prices for 3D floor plans and virtual tours are in our 3D visualisation price list.
What do you need from me to render an apartment?
A dimensioned floor plan is enough, plus the interior design or a mood board if you have one. Developers usually send unit plans and the finish specification. If you know which furniture or tiles should be in the apartment, send us links or product sheets.
Can you do the whole apartment in one style?
Yes. For a whole apartment we make sure all the rooms work together: materials, colours, lighting and furniture style. If a designer sends us rooms one by one, we match each new render to the earlier ones.
Can you show several finish options?
Yes. We show the same apartment in two or three styles so the buyer or the designer’s client can compare and choose. At the Aleje Kwitnącej Wiśni development, each of the five apartment types has three finish options.
Can you prepare 3D floor plans and unit sheets?
Yes. A 3D floor plan shows the whole apartment from above, furnished, and works well on unit sheets on the project website. For developers we also prepare the full set: renders, floor plans, unit sheets and an interactive 3D masterplan with a unit search.
How long does an apartment render take?
A single render usually takes a few working days. For a whole apartment or a series of apartments for a developer we agree the deadline when we quote. We show the first draft early so revisions don’t push the deadline back.
Are revisions included?
Yes, two rounds of revisions are included. We show you a draft first and make your changes, and only then prepare the final files. Our rule is 100% satisfaction or you don’t pay.
In what format will I receive the renders?
As high-resolution JPG or PNG files, ready for print, your website and social media. Virtual tours come as a link to embed on the project website. Everything is delivered electronically.
